We are actively seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a Hybrid position based at Rimini Street's Corporate Office in Tokyo.
Position Description
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full lifecycle of our talent acquisition process and play a critical role in ensuring the best possible talent is hired through a strategic partnership with business leaders throughout our APAC Theater.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Cultivate and manage relationships with hiring managers and candidatesCollaborate with functional leaders to help understand and advocate for talentUnderstand the skills and background required, the impact of the role, and what constitutes an ideal fitDevelop and apply subject matter expertise in assigned functional areasDevelop and execute effective talent acquisition and sourcing strategiesEmbrace employee referrals and build internal partnerships to foster quality referralsEffectively manage requisition loadDevelop talent acquisition strategies to actively and creatively network and evaluate top talentBuild brand awareness and interest throughout our theatersManage the full lifecycle, including interview and offer processes, salary recommendations and negotiations, and close candidates in a timely mannerChampion a positive candidate experience and effectively manage candidates throughout the processKnowledge and adherence to appropriate legal and compliant employment processesEducation
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Experience
12+ years of full lifecycle talent acquisition experience: sourcing passive candidates, interviewing, closing, creating and managing process, and managing client and candidate relationships on a global scaleProven experience recruiting software sales professionals, as well as other revenue generating rolesQualifications & Skills
Ability to demonstrate consultative, subject-matter expertise in talent acquisitionSolid knowledge of labor and employment lawStrong computer skillsExcellent problem solving, multi-tasking and organizational skillsAbility to work well under pressure and prioritize workloadAbility to analyze data and make recommendationsMust be able to manage highly confidential informationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be extremely detail oriented while also focusing on a strategic, long term visionExperience with LinkedIn RecruiterExperience with Workday RecruiterDesired Qualifications
