The purpose of this position is to provide consultation on talent management solutions in support of company strategy and growth. This is achieved by leading the design and development of complex talent management programs and tools in the areas of job analysis and design, career and progression pathing, talent hiring/promotion, skill and performance assessment, and succession planning. Additional responsibilities include the following:  responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex talent management systems in a wide variety of areas such as job design/career pathing, talent selection/promotion, skill and performance assessment, and succession planning  responsible for driving continuous improvement of talent management programs by proactively identifying gaps and opportunities and recommending potential solutions for improvement  responsible for providing consultation and I/O expertise to individual business areas and project teams to create and implement unique and customized solutions
