GENERAL FUNCTION:

The primary focus of the role is to identify targeted talent for critical and advanced level positions within the Private Bank as well as executive level positions through the use of research methods and tools. Be responsible for fostering, maintaining and growing client relationships as well as discovering new talent while managing multiple searches simultaneously. This role is critical to ensuring a sustained competitive advantage for the company as it will be focused on identifying hidden talent that is not normally found through traditional active sourcing channels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner with executive recruiters, talent acquisition leaders, business leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies within the Private Bank with a strategic focus on diversity. Drive the design and delivery of innovative TA sourcing strategies to identify and execute candidate generation strategies, proactively researching and assessing new sourcing methodologies to meet business recruitment goals.Promote our employee value proposition.Engage on diversity sourcing strategies and propose ideas to develop, nurture and enhance our pipeline.Find, engage and activate passive senior sales and leadership level candidates through a variety of tools and creative search techniques.Bring deep market connectivity with longstanding professional relationships.Continued research and implementation of new, leading edge sourcing tools/methodologies/sites that improve connections with target audience and help in the identification of hidden/passive talent.Proactively identify and obtain competitive, business and market intelligence to focus sourcing resources; distributes this market intelligence not only to the talent acquisition team, but also to LOB leadership, as appropriate, to give everyone an industry competitive advantage.Create and disseminate sourcing best practices to the team as the internal sourcing expert.Create and deliver marketing and communication strategies that will be used to build and nurture relationships with targeted critical skill candidates in a long-term effort to maintain passive pipelines of talent.Prescreen and deliver pre-qualified and potentially interested passive and active candidates to assigned areas of support.Capture and report on key metrics that reflect sourcing results, trends and opportunities in key talent markets.Create and maintain an appropriate social media presence and influence the talent acquisition team and LOB leaders to do the same.Work with the talent acquisition team to care for and enhance data integrity standards when it comes to candidate pipelines within Workday or other internal CRM systems.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No management responsibilities but may provide guidance and direction to less senior sourcing consultants and talent acquisition consultants.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field required (or equivalent working experience required) along with a minimum of eight years of experience in creative, direct candidate sourcing and/or full life-cycle recruitment.Candidate should have at least four years of experience specifically supporting Wealth Management.Previous experience working in a customer-facing or sales capacity that required identifying, sourcing, nurturing and building upon key critical relationships.Experience and ability to implement creative and unique relationship development and candidate attraction programs and strategies.Has the ability to work in a dynamic and continually changing work environment.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade.Computer/technical: Must possess advanced knowledge of the internet and the use of other sourcing technology along with MS Office and LinkedIn.
