Sr. Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Manager specializing in accounting for income taxes to join our dynamic finance team, reporting to the Senior Director, Global Tax Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the tax provision process, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations, and providing strategic tax planning and advice. This role requires a deep understanding of tax accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

The position reports to the Sr. Director, Tax and will report to our Radnor, PA office.

What we’re looking for:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a tax-related field; CPA or equivalent certification required, advanced degree desired.Experience: Minimum of 8-11 years of experience in relevant tax accounting and compliance.Proficiency in OneSource Tax Provision (OTP) required.Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and other relevant tax accounting standards.Experience with SAP is a plus.

How will you create an impact:

Manage and oversee the preparation and review of the consolidated tax provision and related SEC financial statement disclosures in the Form 10-K and Form 10-Q.Ensure compliance with ASC 740 and other relevant tax accounting standards.Coordinate with external auditors during the review and audit of tax provisions.Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position, which includes collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax-related items, as well as accurate forecasting and planning for forward-looking activity.Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company’s tax provision.Provide guidance and support to junior tax staff and other team members.Assist in the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns as needed.Conduct research and analysis on complex tax issues and provide recommendations.Participate in special projects and initiatives as required.
