The Senior Technical Analyst – ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is responsible for the ongoing planning and configuration/development of processes, procedures, and solutions of the HRSD product within the ServiceNow platform. Along with configuration/development, deployment, and maintenance, this position provides technical consulting of HRSD to the product and platform teams, serves as a liaison between HR and various business and IT teams, and implements solutions following HRSD/ServiceNow best practices. The overarching goal for this position is to implement, automate, and evolve processes to serve our business through process improvement, driving efficiency, standardization, etc
