We are seeking an Sr. Technical Business Developer to join our Buy with Prime (BwP) Enterprise Sales team to lead the evolution and growth of one our most strategic initiatives focused on helping enterprise customers better engage their end-customers. You can expect to negotiate with enterprise customers and partners, and lead internally through influence with a talent for combining data and vision into compelling partnership stories. This is a unique opportunity to join a tight-knit and deeply-networked group to grow strategic enterprise customer relationships through Amazon-wide collaborations. We will tackle some of the world’s most intriguing problems involving software architecture design, customer experience, logistics, and business strategy.
We’re looking for someone who can bring in fresh insights and help lead the way. The right candidate is someone who can think big while diving deep, remain flexible to change, and has a passion for invention.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead strategic negotiations with Enterprise Merchants and recruit into program.
- Maintain ongoing relationships through meeting and customer engagement, to ensure we are providing top-tier support to our integrator partners.
- Build strong relationships with internal Amazon partners through clear articulation of the business value proposition, looking for opportunities to act as a force multiplier in delivery experience as well as logistics and supply chain.
- Be the voice of the Customer to guide product development and iterations.
- Explore industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Expertise in the following areas: Marketing, DTC, Ads
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Experience selling to C-Suite
- Experience with full deal cycle (prospecting to contract execution)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
