1.0 Time Bond Activates.
Vendor coordination of AMC, PPM.
Ensure the fire drill Time records are maintained properly and assist the evacuation procedures.
In case of a False alarm, the BMS operator should announce through the PA system, “ False alarm do not panic please continue with your work”
FAS / PA / Rodent system working status checks combined with in-house technical team – Monthly, Checklist to be updated and signed off by FM.
For all service and breakdown concerns, Use Honeywell My Building Portal to raise a Ticket and keep track of records / necessary assistance.
2.0 Detailed Tasks.
BMS operators should use their individual / TIDs for Login.
PBMS Operators should have appropriate system knowledge they should be aware of WNS policies (Process Document).
All operators should mandatorily use individual credentials to log in to the BMS System.
Time synchronization between CCTV / ACS and FAS panels should be monitored.
BMS room should not be unmanned
Immediate response on emails received at BMS ID.
Ensure all access cards are issued through the proper channel as per WNS GPS policy.
Ensure timely reporting of unusual occurrences/incidents.
Proxy entry / Tailgating report to inform to facility.
Access card activation and deactivation should be on time.
CCTV abnormalities to be informed on time with records.
Manage Temporary card issuance and retrieval of badges with access cards should be done as per policy.
Any kind of incident should be reported to PSM.
Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports to be sent to PSM on time.
Maintaining System downtime register.
Always keep the emergency contact list up to date and display it in the control room.
Ensure proper activation of access cards for VIP/Client visits.
Access card reconciliation/ HRMIS Reconciliation/Process-wise swipe report to be done as per timeline.
Ensure proper records of lost and found articles as per the procedure.
Daily one of the CCTV cameras to be checked continuously for an Hour with the record.
Access authorized list to be updated every month at all the Critical rooms.
Periodic support on Audit time like Documents and reports should be in a structured manner and data should be available in the folder.
Handing over report should maintained as per the shared format
Response to DOTL Alarm with immediate communication to patrolling staff.
Door forced open Alarm should be reported to patrolling staff.
Maintain the BMS room Entry register up to date.
