Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering. Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development with progressive responsibilities, adept in agile methodologies like Scrum, XP and Jira/Rally tools. At least 3 years of experience in product visioning, strategy, and roadmap creation, with a focus on system modernization projects, including proven experience in migrating from legacy systems to modern platforms. Comprehensive knowledge of modern full-stack software engineering tools and programming languages, including but not limited to GCP, Tekton/Cloudbuild, APIC, APIM/Apigee, SonarQube, 42Crunch, React and Java SRE Tools, Monitoring and Observability, Data Engineering experience is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to implement Lean/Lean Startup methodologies with a human-centered approach. Strong leadership and effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and navigate complex decision-making processes. Proven ability to work well with engineers, designers, and business partners.

Self-motivated with a strong inclination towards researching and investigating new technologies and concepts.

Product Management and Agile Methodology: A product mindset focused on delivering business value, with extensive experience in managing product features, prioritizing the product backlog, and specifying priorities using metrics.
