Your mission is to secure the AI experiences of hundreds of millions of customers by driving strategic programs that scale AI security across Amazon.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex programs, influence stakeholders, and deliver scalable security solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with Legal, security teams, and engineering teams across Amazon to align AI application security initiatives with long-term business objectives. Your work will focus on developing and executing AI application security strategies, processes, roadmaps, and metrics while ensuring the team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions to address AI-specific risks and challenges.


Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies and roadmaps to strengthen AI application security.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate AI security risks across Amazon and partner teams.
- Communicate effectively through both written and verbal formats.
- Demonstrate ownership and leadership by coordinating projects across teams, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with internal and external customers and teams.
- Be comfortable with hands-on day-to-day problem solving, implementing effective action plans to meet short term priorities.
- Prepare data-driven KPIs for the program and present business reviews to senior management
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of management, building trust across the organization, and demonstrating discretion with sensitive information.
