Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team and spearhead talent acquisition efforts for specialized roles in the semiconductor, data center, and solar industries. This role involves sourcing and hiring top-tier maintenance technicians, commissioning engineers, and field service engineers for mission-critical projects. This is a fully onsite position in Chandler, AZ, providing the chance to work closely with hiring managers and technical teams in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles including Maintenance Technicians, Commissioning Engineers, and Field Service Engineers.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through strategic sourcing methods.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer negotiation.Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong relationships with talent pools.Track and report on recruiting metrics and hiring progress.Essential Skills
5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in high-growth or industrial sectors.Proven success recruiting for roles in semiconductor, data center, or solar industries.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.Strong understanding of technical skill sets and job functions in engineering and field operations.Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Work Environment
This role is fully onsite in Chandler, AZ, within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. The position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects with industry-leading teams.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chandler, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47.00 - $60.00/hr.
