We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer with extensive experience in cloud environments, as well as strong expertise in Windows, Linux, and security technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, resolving complex issues, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of cloud-based solutions across diverse infrastructures.
What will you do?
Provide advanced technical support for cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and application performance. Manage and support Windows and Linux environments within cloud and hybrid infrastructures. Work closely with customers to diagnose and resolve incidents, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and development, to escalate and resolve critical issues. Develop and implement best practices for cloud deployments, security, and monitoring. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging cloud technologies, security trends, and industry standards. Provide mentorship and guidance to other support engineers, sharing expertise and best practices.What skills and knowledge should you bring?
5+ years of experience in a technical support or systems engineering role, with a focus on cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. Experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible). Expertise in troubleshooting cloud networking, security, and performance issues. Familiarity with identity management systems, Active Directory, and security frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.Why us?
