Your Impact
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to solving complex customer challenges in security and forensic technologies. Your expertise will directly impact customer success and satisfaction by providing top-tier support for EnCase, Tableau Hardware, and Network Detection & Response Software and Hardware. Working across various platforms, you will collaborate with engineers, product teams, and support personnel to resolve technical issues efficiently. Your ability to think critically and creatively will be essential as each customer situation is unique, requiring innovative problem-solving approaches.

2-3 years of experience in a technical support role.Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Domains, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, subnetting, firewalls, SSL/HTTPS).Proficiency in multiple operating systems, including Windows 10/11, Windows Server (2016 & 2019), Linux/UNIX, macOS, iOS, and Android.Cloud platform familiarity, including Azure and other cloud environments.Experience with databases (MSSQL, SQL, Oracle) and web servers (IIS, Apache).Security & forensic expertise, including incident response, system hardening, whitelists/blacklists, IoCs, SIEMs, pentesting, endpoint protection, and Zero Trust security models.Experience with security tools like Zeek and Suricata for web traffic analysis.Network+/Security+ certifications are a plus.Soft Skills & Mindset:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions.A customer-first mindset, with the ability to handle critical support scenarios with professionalism and urgency.Ability to work independently and within a team, sharing knowledge and mentoring others.Education & Certification:
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.ITIL or security-related certifications are an advantage.
