We are currently looking for a Sr. Technical & Training Lead (f/m/d).
This is an hybrid role (min. 3 days onsite), based in Delft, Netherlands, with domestic and international travel up to 10%.
As the Sr. Technical & Training Lead (f/m/d), you will be expected to deliver technical expertise, customer engagement, and strategic collaboration. Acting as the customer, service and sales team's go-to expert, who handles complex technical cases, leads customer training initiatives, and ensures the internal knowledge base is well-maintained.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Serve as the team's subject matter expert on complex technical cases and act as a point of escalation for resolving challenging customer or system issues.
Build, curate, and maintain the internal knowledge base and develop standardized processes and documentation to support team efficiency.
Oversee and allocate workload based on our ticketing system (Jira), coordinate assignments between Service department and R&D and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders involved.
Design, organize, and deliver technical training sessions for customers tailored to their specific needs.
Represent Service in cross-functional projects and provide technical insights
Pre-Sales Support and Customer Engagement by educating and influencing prospective customers, providing technical demonstrations and explanations to support the sales process & act as our SME at industry conferences and trade shows to help build OTT HydroMet’s image as a thought leader in the industry.
The essential requirements of the job include:
You are a (technical) subject matter expert in the solar area or any other relatable "Sensor-to-Software"-industry
Demonstrated track record of delivering on-time and quality customer support
Strong communication skills with willingness to speak in public and present to the board
Excellent problem solver with strong, data-driven capability to continuously improve procedures
Must have the aspiration to become the successor of this team
Willingness to travel internationally and domestically
