About the Role:
Deploys and maintains the end user computing environment. Build new hire PCs, mobile devices, and resolve cloud-based issues. Works through moderately complex issues to resolve and close the tickets. May also include supporting the Audio Visual (AV) and associated IT services for the Company such as ensuring that all AV requirements requested by internal customers are met and providing AV/IT technical assistance to the customer as required._
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):Complete complex and\or technical projects
Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, phones, mobile devices, and printers
Provide support for business applications
May provide guidance to junior technicians, contractors and temporary workers
Test new technology and provide feedback and recommendations
Notate all work in service-now ticketing system
Monitor and maintain cloud applications including Office 365
Provide technical support across the company (in person or over the phone)
Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Repair and replace equipment as necessary
Other duties as required
Requirements:High School Diploma / Associates degree and 4+ years of related experience
May require special certification
Developing specialized skills through job-related training and on-the-job experience
Applies relevant skills and substantial understanding in a range of processes, procedures and systems to carry out assignments
Work advanced level support tickets
Mentor junior technicians, contractors, and temporary workers
Complete highly complex and\or technical projects
Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, phones, mobile devices, and printers
Expert with iPhone and iPad setup and support
Work with vendors and business partners to setup and troubleshoot lab equipment
Test new technology and provide feedback and recommendations
Setup new hire systems and equipment
Support business applications
Monitor and maintain cloud applications including Office 365
Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Provide technical support across the company (in person or over the phone)
Notate all work in service-now ticketing system
Repair and replace equipment as necessary
Other duties as required
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
Ability to maintain professional attitude under high demand situations
Past experience working with technical teams and uses accumulated high-level technical knowledge and judgment to solve problems encountered in a fast-paced environment

The hourly rate we reasonably expect to pay is $27.60-$40.01. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
