Overview Location : Namakkal/Hyderabad Position Objective: + Responsible and accountable for technical support and business development for Premix to assigned regions for customer acquisition and retention. + Focus on comprehensive premix applications in poultry, maintaining the role of subject matter expert that is viewed as a source of reliable information by the customer. + Work Environment: Business Office + Necessities 12-15 days of business travel in a month. Responsibilities + Business Development & Project Execution + Drive regional premix business by planning and executing projects in collaboration with the sales team. + Ensure timely delivery of customer projects aligned with agreed objectives and budgeted sales targets. + Technical Expertise & Customer Engagement + Represent Kemin Premix solutions with strong technical and commercial knowledge to build customer confidence. + Demonstrate product value propositions and strengthen customer trust through consultative engagement. + Cross-Functional Collaboration + Work closely with account managers, product managers, and technical teams to identify opportunities, set goals, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives. + Market Positioning & Performance Management + Establish and grow Kemin Premix products in the market. + Define KPIs, monitor performance, and provide periodic reports for informed decision-making. + Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights + Track and report competitor activities, customer technical developments, and emerging applications to support innovation and strategic planning. Qualifications + Graduate in B. V. Sc/ M.V.
