Required:

3-6 years of software quality assurance experienceExperience with PBMProven experience in software quality assurance and testingStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processesExperience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)SQL server experienceSnowflake experienceExperience with Microsoft TeamsExperience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.Experience in the healthcare/finance/ecommerce (or relevant) industry.Understanding of Flow charts such as Lucid ChartsUnderstanding and some experience in FigmaFind cost-effective solutions to improve monthly QA effortsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentAbility to troubleshoot problems in unknown situations and provide effective feedback on a path forwardAbility to work independently and make logical business decisions given general guidanceAbility to consolidate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional working groups.Ability to communicate effectively at all management levels within an organization, including internal, customers, vendors, and business partners.

Desired:

4 years of software engineering experience in a healthcare finance settingDirect experience in the healthcare finance field, especially in the management of self- funded medical benefit plans or healthcare provider connectivity

Education:

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift to 15 lbs., as neededMust be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles)Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead.Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, the ability to tolerate fluorescent lighting, and the ability to adjust focus.
