Summary:
Provides the Manufacturing area with the necessary tools (Fixtures) for product production, conducting a prior analysis to ensure their functionality. Also develops strategies in processes that positively impact our KPIs.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Receives service requests for the workshop.Analyzes priorities for tool manufacturing.Controls the service requests for the workshop.Controls the use of manufactured tools in production.Conducts inventory of manufactured tools.Coordinates the preventive maintenance of machinery used in the Tool Room workshop.Prepares instructions for production processes.In coordination with Human Resources and their immediate supervisor, develops plans and strategies to grow their staff both in terms of salary and professional development.Performs any other activity requested by the area coordinator.Job Requirements:
Education/Experience/Requirements:
Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Knowledge of manufacturing, design, and drawing software management.Knowledge of ISO-9000 standards.4 years of experience in the position.Strong effective communication skills oral/written in both Spanish and English.Preferred Requirements:
