Senior Transformation LeaderPosition Overview

We are seeking an innovative Senior Transformation Leader to elevate our continuous improvement initiatives at J. Crew's Asheville, NC distribution center. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation to drive transformational change across the organization. Reporting to the Site Transformation Manager, the ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence in lean methodologies, change management, and collaborative problem-solving while building and maintaining strong partnerships at all organizational levels.

Essential Job FunctionsTransformation Deployment & Change ManagementLead implementation of transformation strategies across the distribution centerDevelop and maintain strategic partnerships with business leadersDesign and execute change management processesDrive team member engagement and adoption of new initiativesMonitor and report on transformation metricsCreate and maintain transformation program documentationEvaluate program effectiveness and ROILean Coaching & DevelopmentAssess organizational lean expertise gapsDesign and implement lean training programsCoach teams on lean methodologies and toolsDevelop standard work documentationCreate and maintain coaching materialsMonitor progress and effectiveness of coaching initiativesMentor team members in lean practicesContinuous Improvement EventsLead preparation and facilitation of improvement eventsManage Strategic Planning sessionsFacilitate Value Stream Analysis (VSA)Direct Rapid Improvement Events (RIE)Coordinate Kaizen activitiesTrack and report event outcomesEnsure successful implementation of solutionsManagement for Daily Improvement (MDI)Coach operational huddles for daily improvementImplement and optimize readiness boardsDevelop standard work processesDesign problem-solving methodologiesCreate issue escalation frameworksMonitor daily improvement metricsDrive continuous process enhancement

QualificationsBachelor's Degree with 2-3 years' experience in a related field OR 5 years' experience without a degreeSix Sigma Yellow Belt Certification required; Green Belt Certification preferred.Proven track record of utilizing critical thinking and analytical skillsDemonstrated success in collaborative environments to deliver measurable results in process improvement initiatives

Work Schedule

• Full-time, Monday – Friday
• Flexible hours as needed to support business needs
• Some evening/weekend work may be required
