Summary of Role:

Performs treasury duties involving cash funds, foreign exchange, debt and capital management.

Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:

Performs treasury duties involving cash management, foreign exchange, debt management and systems

Provides analytical and technical support to treasury-related activities

Monitors and analyzes company cash positions to cover cash commitments. 

Compiles short-term cash forecasts and coordinates the movement of any excess cash to and from investment accounts. 

Coordinates company activities relating to banking. Evaluates bank services and fees, monitors bank performance and recommends appropriate action. 

Monitors portfolio investments and produces management reports detailing performance. 

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs 

Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed

Essential Responsibilities:

Oversee worldwide cash position and actual cashflow

Review Backoffice month-end close, journal entries, and reports

Overview of intercompany funding process and IC netting.  Work closely with the Tax, Legal and Accounting teams on inter-company loan documentation and intercompany settlements

Support Backoffice to validate, authorize and release Treasury settlement to banks

Support AR miscellaneous deposit

Prepare and execute letters of credit and bank guarantees

Prepare and review of monthly, quarterly and annual US Treasury related financial reporting and support audit schedules

Provide support for internal and external audits and liaise with internal/external auditors on quarterly and annual audits

EMIR Portfolio Audits

Participate in projects involving cost savings, efficiency improvement, internal controls and review of new policies and procedures

Manage EMEA & US banking operations, bank relations, and KYC

System admin for electronic banking access and ERP system

Manage Bank Master Data for SAP, Oracle and Treasury system

Manage debt model and interest forecast

Liaise with IT on report and system enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

Accounting preferred Bachelor's Degree Finance

Fully qualified, career oriented, journey-level position.

A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization.

Has appropriate leadership and project management skills to lead projects and to support more junior level colleagues

Applies a company-oriented and strategic thinking (high level picture) as well as advanced cost understanding.

Applies appropriate language skills based on the job environment covering.

Expected Salary Range

$81,200.00 - $138,300.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
