Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Treasury Consultant in the retail industry, based in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will be handling treasury operations, managing accounts payable, and ensuring efficient banking operations. Responsibilities • Manage and maintain global cash accounts and carry out cash reconciliations • Coordinate with armored car providers as part of cash management activities • Ensure adherence to insurance compliance certifications • Oversee the Accounts Payable department, ensuring accurate and complete records of payments to suppliers, lenders, and employees • Use Accounting Software Systems and Banking Software for efficient data processing • Provide necessary support to Accounts Payable staff, assuring smooth treasury activities • Handle automated clearing house operations and manage capital as part of banking operations • Process royalty statements and handle related accounts payable activities • Operate Bloomberg Terminal and Concur for efficient treasury operations. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role within the retail industry. • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems and Banking software. • Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal and Concur software is required. • Strong capabilities in Data Processing and managing Accounting Functions. • Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes. • Knowledge of Banking Operation and Capital Management. • Ability to manage Cash Activity, including handling Accounts Payable (AP). • Expertise in managing Royalties and creating Royalty Statements. • Demonstrated proficiency in Treasury Activities and Cash Reconciliations. • Comprehensive understanding of capital management.
