The position is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work two days remote per week. We have the flexibility of hiring this role in Irvine, CA or Buffalo, NY.
Your role:
The Sr. Treasury Systems Analyst will support system configuration enhancements, data management, policy and control compliance, business process documentation, and other projects. Much of this work will involve existing Treasury Systems as well as MS Excel/Power BI/etc.
Responsible for overseeing corporate cash management, credit administration, administration of business insurance programs. Plan and perform analyses of cash management activities. Prepare reports on the credit needs of the organization, as well as on receipt, disbursement, banking, protection, custody of funds, securities, and other financial instruments. May maintain relationships with banks and insurance companies. Responsible for the management of the cash position of the organization and ensures adequate funds to meet plans and obligations.
Assist in the development, documentation, and management of modules and capabilities of Kyriba, the company’s Treasury Management System (TMS)
Develop and maintenance the TMS
Maintain the configuration and connectivity of secondary Treasury systems such as FXALL, Workiva, Origix, and various middleware applications.
Maintain and enhance numerous data feeds related to treasury systems and bank portals such as portal user reviews, monthly netting functions, and quarterly audit certifications.
Maintain existing and write new procedures and training material for Corporate Treasury.
Support special projects.
What you bring to the role:
Four-year college degree in a related discipline.
5+ years of functional experience, and 3+ years position specific experience in a global treasury function.
Ability to make significant contribution to processes and systems.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in either:
TMS configuration and management (Kyriba preferred)
International payment operations
ERP implementation and maintenance (preferably SAP)
FXALL and/or Bloomberg experience a plus.
Experience coordinating middleware teams.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Power BI/etc.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proactive self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Seasoned professional individual contributor.
Works independently with limited supervision.
May manage projects/processes.
Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures.
Provides solutions to a variety of complex technical and business matters.
Will champion significant projects, programs and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity.
May assist more junior staff members with aspects of their job.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $70,800.00 - $113,300.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
