The Trust Administrator job oversees trust life-cycle processing for an assigned group of clients. Under general supervision, this job is responsible for the preparation and accuracy of client data for reporting deliverables. This job frequently communicates with clients to provide instructions, answer questions, \n and resolve issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities and DutiesGathers and reviews initial data and documents provided by client, tracking missing information, and resolving data discrepancies. \nEnsures the accurate and timely processing of client life-cycle processes such as: new account opening and funding, terminations, shifts of interest, gift additions, and demographic updates.\nCommunicates instructions to clients, clarifying issues, coordinating deliverables timing and delivery, and setting expectations with day to day client staff. \nFields routine inquiries and ad hoc information requests from clients and collaborates with various internal support team to ensure timely and accurate client deliverables.\nUtilizes trust accounting systems, planned giving products and proprietary systems to support administration of client programs.Educational RequirementsUniversity (Degree) PreferredWork Experience2+ Years Required; 3+ Years PreferredPhysical RequirementsPhysical Requirements: Sedentary Work
