Job Description

DNAnexus is seeking JavaScript engineers who:

believe in the power of functional composition over object inheritancefully understand a modern UI stack including React/Redux, JSS, Webpack, and ES7are motivated to help develop and evangelize even more advanced solutionsare committed to proving their code’s stability through testingare motivated by having a measurable, positive effect on the world

Qualifications

Requirements and Desirable Qualifications:

3+ years of UI development experienceAbility to work well with a diverse team and take lead on specific featuresExperience with large-scale modular projects and component librariesGood JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript knowledgeSolid HTML5/CSS3 knowledgeReact is essential; Redux, RTK, React-query, Sagas and React Testing Library are plussesGood sense of visual and interaction design; experience in data visualization a plusKnowledge of genetics and DNA sequencing not required, but certainly helpfulPassion for building UI!
