Conducts user research and crafts user-centered design solutions using Figma. Collaborates with product and tech teams to create seamless interactions. Contributes to future design strategies and HCI-driven solutions, enhancing product development. Runs usability tests to refine designs iteratively and stays updated with industry trends. **Job Description:** **Primary Responsibilities** + User Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive user research to gather deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and motivations. Utilize this data to inform and create user-centered design solutions. + UX Design & Prototyping: Translate user research and stakeholder requirements into actionable wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces. Leverage your UX design skills to develop engaging, easy-to-navigate experiences using tools such as Figma. + HCI & AI Integration: Apply principles of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) to craft experiences that seamlessly integrate AI solutions. Stay ahead of AI trends to foresee and influence future UX opportunities. + Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure cohesive and innovative product development. + Usability Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing sessions. Identify areas of improvement and iteratively refine the product design based on user feedback and testing outcomes. + Stay Informed: Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends and tools to maintain a cutting-edge approach to the design and research process. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in UX design and research, with a clear emphasis on human-computer interaction. + Confidence and high comfort level in facilitating user interviews. + Highly skilled with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
