Sr. UX Researcher, Selling Partner Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher to join our team and drive world-class research. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving complex problems. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, enjoy building from scratch, and be able to tackle challenging issues efficiently.

As a Sr. UX Researcher, you will be a key strategic partner to product and design teams, driving user-centered design and decision-making across the organization. You will deliver impactful research for major products or services, shaping our product strategy through data-driven insights.

Key job responsibilities
- Design and execute a variety of qualitative and quantitative research studies throughout the product lifecycle, including user interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiries, surveys, and more.
- Analyze and synthesize insights from diverse data sets, including behavioral data, surveys, and qualitative interviews, to uncover high-impact insights and identify trends and patterns.
- Translate research findings into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations that drive product improvements and business strategy.
- Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to align on research goals, inform key decisions, and ensure a customer-centric approach.
- Influence product strategy by identifying research opportunities for new and existing business initiatives, including contributions to Press Releases and Working Backward documents.
- Drive research goals and research programs across multiple stakeholders and teams, managing complex relationships and building consensus when faced with discordant views.
- Deliver well-structured and insightful reports to stakeholders, peers, and senior leaders, potentially contributing to organizational strategic planning efforts.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging research methods, implementing innovative approaches as appropriate and sharing knowledge with the team.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of the UX research roadmap and help evolve research practices to meet changing business and user needs.
