In this position, you will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers in Mexico, and actively seek solutions to potential problems as well as engaging customers’ attention and loyalty.
Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities: Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction above normal standards. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Take the extra mile to engage customers through various platforms. Arrange activities tailored to customers’ preferences in the designated market, e.g. sport events. Go above and beyond when engaging with customers.
Skills & Qualifications: Self-motivated and ambitious individual who wants to excel in interpersonal relationships. Get-things-done mentality from taking initiative to execution. Excellent networking skills and inside information on market’s ongoing events. Previous experience handling VIP customer in the iGaming industry. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices will be considered as an advantage. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong communication/public relations along with active listening skills required. Accountability and conscientiousness.
