The role includes running the machines, performing quality checks, adhering to specifications, and making minor adjustments to maintain optimal machine operation. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers the potential for direct employment with the client after completing 520 hours of work.
What We Offer: Pay of $17.51 - $19.81 based on experience Third Shift | Monday to Friday | 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Some Saturdays as needed. 8 Hour Shift Paid Breaks Paid Lunch PPE Provided Temp-to-hire opportunity Health Benefits 401K Dental Insurance Paid Time Off What We Are Looking For: 6 months to 1 year of experience in weaving operation Ability to quickly learn and operate equipment according to specific specification Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks for maximum efficiency In-depth knowledge of safety protocols with a strict commitment to adhering to Sr. Operator regulation Proficient in entering codes related to stop levels and quality issues Must pass a pulmonary test The environment is climate-controlled, with exposure to dust and cotton What You’ll Do As A Machine Weave Operator: Complete required paperwork accurately to ensure assignments are executed correctly Ensure products are produced according to the correct specifications Operate equipment safely and in compliance with safety protocols Collaborate effectively with other operators and the flag technician to ensure smooth operations Report directly to the Team Leader and Senior Production Manager
