About the Role
You will design, manage, and control Workday configuration in the Recruiting and Performance Enablement functional areas. You will support global/local enhancements or change requests as well as ongoing maintenance in the system while providing systems support and analysis to meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
Seeking out opportunities to improve processes by rethinking existing configurations and deploying new featuresKeeping up to date with all Workday functional improvements and enhancements and making recommendations accordingly. Understanding how new feature releases might impact changes on functionality.Seeking after and driving process efficiencies that remove administration effort from end users and administrative staffConsulting as the system expert with business partners and end users to find solutions to current problems. Working closely with internal customers and external Product Owners to respond to requests and inquiries.Sharing knowledge with HR operational teams and developing user procedures, guidelines, documentation, end-user training resources, and communications for Workday modulesResponsible for ensuring strict compliance with change control policies and procedures, guaranteeing that all modifications to the system or process are introduced in a controlled and coordinated manner.
