Sr. Workplace Strategist - Stores
Amazon's Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) strives to provide a safe, collaborative, innovative, and sustainable workplace for our employees and customers alike. Within GREF, real estate is not just about the numbers or data, we start with the customer and work backwards to continuously improve the workplace environment.

We prescribe measurable mechanisms to enhance the employee and customer experience by supplementing quantitative analysis with anecdotal feedback. We believe applying consistency can dilute innovation, whereas, we often experiment and enhance the employee/customer experience by highlighting global and cultural variances.
