Job Title : Sr.Engineer / Assistant Manager – Sales and Marketing -Comminution
Purpose of Role:
This position will handle the Comminution product sales in Southern States of India (Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra & Telangana). Position will be responsible for complete sales cycle i.e. quote to cash. Development of Territory, tracking competition and deriving counter strategies, co-ordination with Cross functional teams to deliver customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying potential crushing zones / territory and opportunities in served marketBuilding relationship with key stake holders like Infrastructure contractors, customers, financiers/ bankers in the regionInitiating sales promotional activities in served marketGeneration of enquiriesCreate and develop business from existing and new prospectsBudget forecasting and meeting the numbers on pro-rata basisTechno – commercial proposals preparationHandling techno-commercial discussions and order conclusionBuilding relationships with cross functional team and co-ordination for the successful commissioning / completion of the projectPayment collection as per PO termsCo-ordinating after sales service supportKey Performance Indicators
Achievement of order input & Output as per the agreed budget and termsAchievement of collection targetsDispatch clearances with payment receipts in line with forecastNew Customer & territory additionClose watch and feedback to reporting Manager on competitionMIS submission as per required timelinesSafety Responsibilities:

Experience :
Minimum 5 years in Crushing & Screening sales In Southern Indian statesLanguage Proficiency : English along with Tamil / Kannada/ Telugu/ Malayalam / HindiTechnical Competencies Required
