  • Plan and take any necessary actions to provide adequate solutions to the regions

Key Responsibilities 

Coordinate with region, Learning solution leaders and Domain leaders to ensure that Learning solutions are available for key competenciesCoMET Deployment & Maintenance - Robustness & Become DNA  across the RegionsProvide adequate Reports and analytics to the Management

 

Main Activities 

 

Drive digital solutions to automate relevant processes with new technologies like AI, Analytics tools etcEnsure that right training contents available Drive on Competency development driveCreate required information on promoting Learning / Competency developmentLead continuous improvement on its perimeter
