As a MTB SR. Assembly Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving manufacturing processes, coordinate equipment/material procurement and qualify and implement new process.

Requirements:

Ability to handle the thinning or dicing tool -steal dicing, laser groove, NCF laminationUnderstand the tool installation, setup and buyoffWork experience: 5 years aboveUnderstand the tool signal is prefer, such as SVID, CEID, ECID...etcUnderstand to handle the FDC analysis and improve is preferEnglish: ability to communicate for discussion with supplier and global team

Evaluate and Improve Assigned Assembly Manufacturing Processes, Materials, and/or EquipmentMaintain General process knowledgeMaintain Equipment knowledge as it relates to the processMaintain Materials knowledge as it relates to the processOptimize process, equipment variablesIdentify all process variablesUnderstand DOE/FMEA/OCAP/8D/SPC/Repair/PM (preventive) techniquesPerform containment of process and equipment deviationsDetermine root causeImplement corrective actionDesign equipment components (Improve equipment capability by exploring new ideas/concepts and implement on equipment)Maintain knowledge of equipment and materials and how they interactEvaluate Future Process, Equipment, Material TechnologiesEvaluate pertinent technology and engineering advancements relating to equipment, materials and processesLocate and research technical information on equipment, materials, and/or processes in journals, literature, web, etcBuild and maintain effective relationships with suppliersIdentify supplier’s materials or equipment design and production processes Create decision matrix for equipment and material selectionEvaluate new tooling material for cost saving effort "
