Sr.Manager - Quality

The Quality Team Leader is responsible for ensuring SE produces High Quality products as per SE quality system and norms. This position will take ownership for implementing SE quality system/norm and responsible for the monitor the compliance. This person primary focus will be to drive the organization towards a continuous improvement culture. 

- Ensures specific issues are promptly managed and closed.

- Builds and shares analysis of the key satisfaction and loyalty drivers and drives improvement actions.

- Deploys the best practices

- Ensures deployment and operation of the global process in several countries. 

Able to implement and report Customer Experience & Quality indicators/dashboards in own areaAble to identify areas where to apply Analytics and the type oftechnology is neededAble to examine data to detect what to improve in Customer Experience & QualityDemonstrates organizational leadership to achieve and improvecustomer satisfaction and internal performanceDemonstrates ability to criticize the norm and opposes convention based on factsDemonstrates understanding and application of quality managementDemonstrates ability to enhance effective and efficient operationsEffectively communicates in a stressful environmentDemonstrates ability to prevent customer dissatisfaction from defective products or servicesAble to lead basic process based Continuous Improvementprojects (A3 problem solving, 8D, Kaizen, Lean 6 Sigma etc.) either after achieving the required competency, certification and or with the support of a coachDelivers improvements in either waste, variation, or defects through a process-driven approach, makings decisions based on facts & focusing on the Customer impact whether internal or externalAble to lead basic root cause identification through the appropriate tools & to implement corrective and preventive actionsUnderstands the concept of Continuous Improvement delivering incremental, step & breakthrough ImprovementsUnderstands the effectiveness of improvement using the Kaizen approachHas practiced at least 8D or Lean 6 Sigma projects to conduct improvement actionsCan have Green Belt level of Lean 6 Sigma knowledge, can be Green Belt certified
