•To access / evaluate & develop potential suppliers’ manufacturing / quality capability by utilizing BW Quality / IATF tools.•Co-work with internal cross function team to define the category / commodity supplier strategy, in securing safety supplier chain, covering diversity business demand, both commercial & capacity & quality & technical.•Early engage in new project development, approve sourcing decisions from quality perspective, joint technical review, access supplier’s process capability in new project developing phase .•Compliance to implement BW Supplier development swimlanes and APQP / PPAP developing tasks and final approval.•Proactively work with suppliers to minimize and eliminate launch issues, report supplier APQP progress/problem to company advanced launch managers•Review and make disposition on supplier PPAP submissions, assure PPAP quality and timing meets Launch target, perform supplier “We Are Ready” audit and run&rate audit to make sure project flawless launch.•Solve supplier issues with 8D mindset, monitor supplier performance through whole project life, lead supplier QIP(Quality Improve Project).•Acting as regional SDE role to support PDS global plants projects imported from China local suppliers.•Acting as SME(Subject Matter Expert), providing all kinds technical / quality supports to cross region / plants if demanded.
