As a Senior Derivatives Client Servicing Manager in the Global Derivatives Practice, you will have broad, in-depth knowledge of the FX, ETD/OTC market and product, having excellent interpersonal skills whilst being technically competent to act as a first point of reference for tactical and strategic client initiatives and serve as a liaison to related areas. This role focuses on relatively complex, extensive and technical activities which requires direct interaction with clients, partners and senior management. 

About You

Strong knowledge of the Derivatives market and end-to-end lifecycleExtensive experience in client services and/or financial service operationsRelated derivatives experience along with understanding of complex products such as OTC/ETD, both bi-lateral and cleared is highly regardedKnowledge and understanding of derivative valuations and regulatory requirementsStrong oral and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage challenging clients/stakeholdersExcellent organizational skills with ability to prioritise workloads and to work comfortably without supervisionTrack record of adopting and understanding technical and complex operating models quickly and proficientlyPrevious Financial Industry Operations, Asset Management and/or Investment Operations experience is preferredProven ability to build strong relationships with partners on site/ across business lines/ juniors and seniorsExperience working independently within a global operating model managing communication across multiple time zonesA proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow throughExposure to business process and/or technology enhancement initiativesCompetencies in one or more of the following is preferred: Bloomberg, Excel, PowerpointExposure and understanding of Risk, Audit and Compliance factors
