In this position you will be working on Platform Engineering team for Cloud Pack for Data Product

What you'll do:
 Platform engineering refers to the process of designing, building, maintaining the underlying infrastructure and tools necessary to support and enable software development, deployment, and operations at scale. The responsibilities of a platform engineer includes (but not limited to):Designing and building the underlying infrastructure, such as servers, networks, and storage systems, that support the software applications and services.Developing and managing the tools and services necessary for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and deployment automation.Defining and implementing the best practices for system configuration, health check monitoring, and performance optimization.Ensuring the overall quality, security, compliance, and reliability of the platform.Collaborating with software development teams to understand their needs & requirements and providing guidance and support to help them build and deploy their services on the platform.Managing the platform’s lifecycle, including installs, upgrades, patching, and retirementHow we'll help you grow:You will have access to all the technical training courses you need to become the expert you want to beYou will learn directly from senior members/leaders in this field"
