About the team:

Datacenter Integration Hub (DIH) team uses the Infinity Connect (IC) Framework to implement Service Layer Integration. It is a lightweight integration platform for message routing and transformation using XSLT and JOLT, including short-running service Orchestration between Systems.Infinity Connect allows you to develop services using SOAP/XML and REST/JSON using Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Flow and Camel in multiple formats. The Enterprise Service Mediation Framework provides a set of Adapters, Integration Objects, Interfaces and Utility classes to support service mediation to both FIS and third party service fulfillment endpoints.
DIH Infrastructure supports single sign-on (SSO) and deep linking integration between FIS applications and third parties.

What you will be doing:

Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.Installs, maintains and supports application/source code and/or its components and subsystems including third party software.Analyzes and resolves incidents, problems or known errors related to failures in application and supporting software components.Provides technical assistance to programming staff in the analysis of application software amends, performance and resource consumption.

What you bring:

Should have 2 to 6 years of experience on Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)Experience working on cloud-based infrastructure e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP.Strong Knowledge in Tools like Azure Metrics, log Analytics, Cloud Watch, Cloud Guard and ability to create Dashboards and Alerts.Good experience in Linux commands.Good experience in Kubernetes Management, Deployment strategies and best practices.

Added Bonus if you have:

Knowledge in troubleshooting Java/J2EE application related issues.Knowledge of FIS’ products and servicesKnowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organizationKnowledge of financial services industry
