Job Description Responsibilities: · Design, implement, and maintain observability solutions for our applications and infrastructure using tools such as AppDynamics, Elastic Stack, FullStory, and Grafana. · Monitor application performance, availability, and reliability metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues. · Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track performance metrics and trends across applications and infrastructure. · Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues. · Implement and manage synthetic monitoring jobs to ensure application uptime and performance from end-user perspectives. · Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues, outages, and incidents. · Monitor database performance and provide recommendations for optimization and tuning. · Participate in the development of observability standards and best practices. Skills and Requirements -Need to have experience with either AppDynamics, Datadog or Dynatrace -Experience with Dashboard queries, Licensing, User Onboarding. -3+ years of experience in application performance monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, and observability. Proficiency in one or more observability tools, including AppDynamics, Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), FullStory, and Grafana. Strong understanding of application architecture, cloud environments, and microservices. Experience with synthetic monitoring and job management. Familiarity with database monitoring tools and practices (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
