As an SRM Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing revenue, profitability, and pricing strategies. You’ll analyze sales and P&L performance, collaborate with category directors, and support strategic brand initiatives—ensuring Mars continues to grow and innovate in the FMCG sector.

What will be your key responsibilities?The periodical analysis of Sales and P&L Performance of the categories he will be responsible for compared to the forecast plan;Acting as key business partner for the long-term strategy of the segments / brand;Supporting the sales / marketing teams on analysis on new product launches, sales and marketing projects, investment initiative;Understanding both external and internal business context to derive relevant insights and actionable recommendation for business performance improvement;Collaborating with the category directors to identify and develop profitable growth opportunities;Identifying and evaluating real or potential problems to present corrective actions;Supporting brand strategy definition and implementation with robust financial evaluation;Analyzing and summarizing financial reports for the management.

What are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Finance, Accounting or related fields,Minimum 5 years in a similar position for a FMCG multinational company.Strong sense of business, approachability, organization agility and ROI mindset are the main features required for this positionPower BI/ Tableau as a plus
