What will be your key responsibilities?Proactively drive the strategic pricing agenda in relevant S&OP meetings, seizing MMAC improvement opportunities and addressing mix & profitability issuesPartners with Portfolio Team to optimize brand pack-price architecture, driving consumer penetration & category profit poolLeads market SRM/Pricing Council for Demand teams & Sales for opportunities identificationManages and monitors Retail Pricing Landscape and Pricing statusConducts detailed pricing analyses across channels / pack types to highlight opportunitiesImplement pricing initiatives as per Strategic pricing roadmap and provide update in SRM Council and relevant S&OP+ forumsDevelop Promotional Playbook to guide trade promotion strategy, spending and overall trade investment productivityGenerating insights to optimize Trade ROI across portfolio of investments per account  and effectively communicates insights and findings to SRM Lead and KAMsCollaborates with Sales Directors / KAMs to design and deliver trade architecture strategy, budgets and program of sale conditions across CBUs, packs, retail channels, routes to market (i.e., distributor/ wholesaler where applicable)Manages and monitors trade terms and budget compliance with Sales & FinanceIdentifies trade term opportunities for increased conditionality and effectiveness
