As the SSA Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Leader – Wireline Services, you will be responsible to ensure safe and reliable equipment is delivered to operations in a cost effective and efficient manner without harm to people or the environment. The role is specifically focused on Wireline Services within the Oilfield Services & Equipment Portfolio of Baker Hughes.

You will be responsible for:

Ensuring the production of quality products in a safe manner through health, safety and environmental standardsEnsuring production schedule and job planning process is in place and being executed across the globe.Ensuring adherence to risk, compliance and data protection standards across designated process areasEnsuring “AMO Interactive Monitor” information in each of the sites is all up to date and standardized across the regionFostering a positive, respectful and inclusive work environment

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or universityHave a minimum 5 years of experience in an Assembly Repair Maintenance & Overhaul supervisory roleHave a minimum 7 years of experience in Wireline operationsHave experience of managing budgetsBe able to travel to plant sites as require (around 25% of the time)Have experience in managing P&LExperience or in-depth knowledge of oilfield products and servicesHave experience managing a diverse global team.Demonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS Office (SAP is an advantage).
