As a Non-Volatile Memory QRA (NVMQRA) Solid State Drive (SSD) Quality and Reliability Test Development Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for Designing, developing and debugging complex test programs used to validate Micron's SSD products qualification. These test programs, and any associated tools, will be applied from early in the product development cycle through the qualification till the end of life. You will be required to write and maintain code that runs on automated equipment to verify the reliability of the device-under-test (DUT) to a given set of conditions. Additional software responsibilities may include the development and overall management of the SSD qualification database. You may also participate in the design and checkout of the hardware that is used to interface between the tester and the DUT
5-15 years of experience in semiconductor-related product development and engineering management role
Degree/Major: MS or Ph.D in Electrical, Computer Engineering and/or related field
Deep knowledge of semiconductor memory and data storage products
Strong experience in product development as well as customer issue management
A solid understanding of industry-standard reliability test methods, acceleration models used for life predictions, and sampling statistics.
Strong experience in SSD/Modules qualification and technical standards such as PCIe/NVMe/CXL will be preferred.
