As a QRA SSD RMA (Returned Material Authorization) Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for performing formal FA (Failure Analysis) of customer returned materials from data center products. You will work with a team of technical engineers and technicians, focusing on SSD product quality and warranty process.
You will summarize analysis at the electrical and physical level identifying root cause and collaborate with product engineering, Business teams and customer facing teams, you will involve in resolving customers escalation and provide the problem-solving team with FA results and/or recommendation for FA plan.
You will also be required to administrate the communication of results to functional areas and sustain knowledge of drive characteristics. In addition, you will also serve as an SSD interface for external customer facing team providing data analysis and consultation when necessary.
For the lead position, you will oversee area workflow and priorities, determine resource needs and ensure overall area performance to plan is achieved and provide opportunities to expand skills and career growth.

$67,500.00 - $131,500.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
