Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX).
• Strong understanding of network security protocols, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and Zero Trust network access.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing network security tools and configurations.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, routing, and switching concepts.
