Job Title: Senior PowerHouse 4GL Developer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior PowerHouse 4GL Developer with experience in Linux shell scripting, PL/SQL, and the Wealth Management domain. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with legacy PowerHouse 4GL applications and be eager to learn and enhance them. You will also work with tools like JIRA, Jenkins, Rundeck, and Globalscape EFT.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain PowerHouse 4GL applications, with a focus on wealth management.
• Write and maintain Linux shell scripts for automation and system tasks.
• Create and optimize PL/SQL stored procedures and queries for database management.
• Provide support for existing applications, troubleshooting and fixing issues.
• Work with teams using Agile methods and tools like JIRA for task tracking.
• Automate job scheduling with Rundeck and manage file transfers using Globalscape EFT.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: 5-10 years in software development, especially in Wealth Management.
• Strong knowledge of PowerHouse 4GL, Linux shell scripting, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with JIRA for project management and Jenkins for CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Rundeck and Globalscape EFT is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Wealth Management or financial services.
• Knowledge of Subversion or Git or other version control tools.
