The SSF Manager Maintenance will plan and perform all activities related to facility maintenance within a Secret warehouse environment for F-16 parts. The SSF Manager Maintenance is responsible for upkeep, troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment. The SSF Manager Maintenance is responsible for maintaining the Intrusion Detection System at multiple sites, including but not limited to CCTV cameras, biometric entry, electronic maglocks, and cable monitoring software. Responsibilities On-site installation, repair, and maintenance tasks at different locations. This involves fixing equipment, setting up new systems, and system diagnostics. Diagnose errors and find solutions with Open Options software and Vanguard monitoring line. Perform all periodic checks and replacement of parts as required by the various manufacturers of auxiliary mechanical, electrical, and security systems associated with the facility. Provide a schedule of the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance items for all auxiliary systems. After each visit, create thorough service reports, and documents to help track progress, identify recurring issues, and maintain accurate records. Provide a monthly report of maintenance duties performed. Support basic operations and maintenance of the warehouse facility. Maintain inventory logs, records, and reports. Respond to Facility Alarms. Perform random inspections of end item usage and report findings to the Program Manager. Update and maintain the security system specifically the open options and vanguard software. Monitor and maintain electronic security systems, including access control and surveillance systems, to ensure the facility remains secure. Monitor and maintain Building Automation Systems, HVAC, lighting, and other facility systems to ensure optimal operation and energy efficiency. Maintain and troubleshoot IT network infrastructure, ensuring connectivity and security for all facility systems. Collaborate with the IT team to address any network-related issues. Perform periodic maintenance on facility systems, including preventative and restorative tasks. This includes generator maintenance, minor electrical repairs, HVAC upkeep, and general groundskeeping. Respond to and manage incidents at the facility, including security breaches, equipment malfunctions, and other emergencies. Ensure that all incidents are documented and addressed promptly. Maintain accurate documentation of facility operations, equipment, and incidents by maintaining access logs and reporting incidents as indicated in the Facility SOP. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required 5+ years of related experience in Field Service Representative and Facility Management Experience to include: Managing secret-level facility access Experience with Bosh CCTV cameras Experience troubleshooting, programming, and repairing CCTV, intrusion detection, and electronic surveillance systems, also but not limited to updating and maintaining Open Options software as well as the Vanguard monitoring system Experience with bio-metric electronics and software Experience with cable splicing. Facility Management, including but not limited to the following: Electrical system: repair/replacement Emergency generator: refill/repair/replacement Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems: refill/repair/replacement Miscellaneous maintenance: grounds and pest control Valid driver’s license required Must not maintain dual citizenships Final Secret clearance required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work in a foreign country. Knowledge of NISPOM (5-306 and 5-800) requirements. Working knowledge of intrusion detection systems. Basic computer skills. Ability to be on call and respond within one hour if an intrusion detection alarm is detected. Ability to operate a forklift. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Database management skills preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone.
