**Description and Requirements**
**Job Posting Summary**
We are seeking a skilled **Financial Pricing and Deal Shaping Leader** to drive financial costing, pricing, and deal strategy for large-scale DaaS/DWS (Device-as-a-Service/Digital Workplace Solutions) opportunities. This role requires expertise in pricing analysis, cost optimization, and deal shaping to ensure value creation and profitability for Lenovo.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead financial costing and pricing for DaaS/DWS deals, including re-pricing renewals and catalog refreshes.
+ Provide guidance to junior team members while managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
+ Support negotiations on pricing and commercial terms to optimize outcomes.
+ Present pricing analyses to senior executives, Marketing, and Sales teams to influence decision-making.
+ Maintain historical pricing data, implement policies, and benchmark pricing for DaaS/DWS bids.
+ Collaborate with global teams to support complex pricing scenarios and mitigate risks.
+ Facilitate governance and deal reviews, aligning pricing strategies with business priorities and market trends.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ In-depth knowledge of DaaS/Digital Workplace pricing constructs.
+ Strong analytical skills with experience assessing cost, price, and market data for pricing strategies.
+ Proven ability to partner with Solution Architects and Deal Desk teams for pricing benchmarks.
This is a critical role that requires strategic thinking, market awareness, and exceptional communication skills to influence pricing decisions and support Lenovo’s growth in DaaS/DWS markets.
