The Fixed Income Quantitative Developer will be a member of the EMEA Fixed Income Beta team, responsible for advancing the portfolio management process with a primary focus on developing technology-based investment tools and solutions. This position involves enhancing the fixed income portfolio management process through the integration of the latest quantitative techniques, adaptation of complex financial models for securities evaluation, liquidity analysis, and risk evaluation. The role will focus on developing proprietary investment tools aimed at processing large and diverse sets of data, requiring advanced programming skills, cross-platform integration, and the design and implementation of custom user interfaces. The role covers a diverse range of investment activities, including portfolio construction, custom strategy design, performance attribution, and pre- and post-trading analysis.

As Fixed Income Quantitative Developer you will:
Develop and maintain technology-based investment tools and solutions to support the fixed income portfolio management process.Integrate quantitative techniques and complex financial models for securities evaluation, liquidity analysis, and risk evaluation.Design and implement custom user interfaces for proprietary investment tools.Process large and diverse sets of data using advanced programming skills.Collaborate with portfolio managers and quantitative analysts to develop and refine investment strategies.Conduct performance attribution and pre- and post-trading analysis to support investment decision-making.What we value.

Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).Good written and spoken English.Experience in Python and SQL.Knowledge of financial assets and market behaviour.Understanding of quantitative and statistical analysis, corporate finance, and portfolio management.Ability to work collaboratively with investment professionals to develop and implement quantitative tools and strategiesPreferred experience in user interface design/development.Nice to have: Understanding of data structures and familiarity with libraries such as pandas, numpy, matplotlib, os, scipy, and streamlit.Skill Development Opportunities.
