What you do:

 

Support the SSHE Coordinator in operational and administrative tasks, documentation readiness and data uploadingParticipate in the operation of the Safety, Security, Health and Environmental Management systemProvide trainings for internal and external employees when neededApplies companys ISO 9001, ESTA  and country specific legal and standard requirements in accordance to LEAN best practices on daily basisConduct Work in Progress Inspections and Gemba WalksApply the Business and Guest regulationsPrepare, control and follow-up of the activities of external companiesConducting safety Onboarding and repetitive trainingsContribute to the investigation of events / root cause analysisFollow up on Preventive and Corrective actions Encourage reporting of safety observations, near misses and first aid situationsCarry out a risk assessments in the ShopfloorOrder, register and dispense Personal Protective Equipment for employeesLiaison with Security Service

Who you are:
 

Certified Management Systems knowledge (ISO/OHSAS) is desirablea Minimum mid-level Occupational Safety qualification with relevant experienceExperience in presenting and trainingAdministrative skills required (Office, SAP, etc.)Networking, communication and motivational skill Strong interest in work safety topics and newest on the market problem solvingTactical thinking – agility, leading by influencing others, results orientedHungarian native language level (C1/C2)English language level (B1/B2) - will be an advantage
