Established in September 1993, Siemens Switchgear Ltd., Shanghai (SSLS) was jointly invested by Siemens AG and Shanghai Electric Company and is now subordinate to the leadership of Siemens SI EA business unit.

SSLS is located in Minhang Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of 5 hectares. It is committed to the design, production, sales, and after-sales service of 6-40.5kV medium voltage air insulated switchgears. Siemens Switchgear Ltd., Shanghai has nearly 500 employees and produces over 38000 vacuum circuit breakers and 12000 medium voltage switchgears annually. The medium voltage switch products produced here have been widely used in industrial fields such as power supply, oil and gas, ships, automobiles, metallurgy and mining, electronics and electrical engineering in China, as well as in infrastructure fields such as airports, hospitals, buildings, data centers, and transportation.

You’ll make an impact by

Lead team-work - guide and coordinate team member’s daily work, to ensure efficiency working in team. Make reports - refer to billing information, make and analyze regular reports regarding commission, license fee and actual product and project cost by type. Refer to order information, make and analyze regular reports by each region by monthly closing. Operate SAP - create sales order and project, do delivery and billing in SAP, cost run, calculate actual project cost - accurate data. Control project level - in charge of project commercial affaire from project income to project billing, like create project in SAP, download payment/process payment tracking, delivery, billing, sales planning etc. – all project under control. Perform other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the line manager.

Your defining qualities

Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in finance, commercial management or contract law management related preferred.

Fluent in English language skill, including oral and written.

Minimum 5 years experiences for related commercial project management.

Be familiar with financial administration and standard producing workflow.

Use skillfully MRPII software and MS Word, Excel.

Be able to work efficiently, seriously and responsibility.

Have ability of communications.
